purchased this machine and have never produced a good espresso shot. I have tried multiple different beans and always end up with a watery and dirty tasty espresso shot. Also, the shot sizes that it pulls are not good you must press the double shot button twice to pull enough espresso but that just makes the shot extra watery. The only pro I have found is the steam wand works well. Very disappointed in the product and would not recommend to purchase. I understand this is a more affordable option but would expect it to make at least drinkable espresson shots, which this does not.

Yes, I was surprised by this small espresso machine. Great price and fantastic coffee. Super easy to use and clean also. Very Satisfied

It's the most delicious coffee I've ever made at home. Easy to use and love the way the coffee can be customized. The only one small complaint is that the coffee doesn't come out hot enough. I just pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds and it's good to!

Love the machine but I try to find videos to help me with to find when the machine is ready to use

Now that we have figured out how to use this espresso machine, we are really enjoying it and prefer it to the machine we are replacing it with. However, the instructions for use that accompany the machine are hopelessly inadequate and there are no instructional videos available either on Ultima Cosa's website or on Youtube. When two university-educated people can't figure out the instructions, something is wrong!
