Ingredients
- Pink sugar cubes
- 1 Tbsp Rose syrup
- 200 ml Milk (according to personal preference)
- Double shot espresso
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Make a double shot of espresso using the Ultima Cosa Presto Bollente Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine.
- In a shaker, add Rose syrup, pink sugar cubes, and 80ml of milk, shake well.
- Pour the Rose syrup and milk mixture into a glass.
- Add ice cubes.
- Pour in 120ml of milk.
- Gently pour in the double shot of espresso.
