Ingredients
- Double shot espresso
- 200ml 3.25% whole milk
- Crushed biscuits for topping
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp boiling water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flavored simple syrup
Instructions
- Dissolve sugar in boiling water.
- Mix in vanilla extract and flavored simple syrup.
- Crush biscuits and rim the glass with them.
- Pour the flavored simple syrup to the glass
- Brew a double shot of espresso with Ultima Cosa Presto Bollente Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine and directly into the glass.
- Froth the whole milk until creamy.
- Pour frothed milk over espresso.
- Top with more crushed biscuits.
